We understand that your travel plans may change. We are happy to accommodate returns or exchanges on Go Cards that have not been activated, up to one full year after your purchase date. Or, you may exchange your cards for a different city up to equal value of original purchase. To protect your privacy and increase security we may have to contact you for returns that are received 120 days or more after purchase date. Returns I had my cards shipped to me. Exchanges
