This tour is designed to give you complete flexibility to explore the many scenic areas on our own time. Entertaining and informative guides will introduce you to the unique history and stories that make up San Francisco. Pick up your ticket at the world famous Pier 39 or Pier 41 before hopping on for the first time! Tours depart every 30 minutes.

This tour is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that the Hop-on/Hop-off tour ends at 2:00pm. After 2:00pm it will revert to a one-hour tour around the city.

Introduction to San Francisco. Kids loved it. We all felt more oriented during the remainder of our week in San Francisco. The tour guide was fabulous, knowledgable, funny and told great little stories connected to the different destinations.

The tour was entertaining and just the right length of time. We were able to get the lay of the land and took note along the route of where we wanted to go back and visit. The guide was informative and entertaining. Truthfully, trolleys are a shot in the dark since you never know what kind of tour guide or quality of vehicle you're going to get. We were very statisfied.

We enjoyed this experience. We got to see an overview of SF without having to drive ourseleves. I did ask the staff a few questions to get the most out of the tour and they were very helpful. After the tour I was able to enjoy the city since I knew where everything is.

We asked for our options with the Go Card, they had two possibilities, each described on the booklet but with two different timings. Before I could tell them which options I liked, they scanned my card with the first option. When I told them that it would not work for us and I wanted the second offer they had, they told me that it was too late and that they could not scan the card a second time since it was the first option OR the second option. They did not feel sorry for me and I just was left with no options at all.
