Velo Rouge Cafe was created by a traveler and cycle enthusiast who after leading bike trips in Europe and spending time in European cafes wanted to bring a bit of that atmosphere to SF with a comfortable environment for visitors and locals alike - a place to learn about the less-traveled routes of SF and pick up on some local insights. For the owner and staff, Velo Rouge is a second living room where people can come for their morning coffee, share a light lunch, or listen to a local band over a beer.

The cafe is conveniently located two blocks from the Arguello entrance to Golden Gate Park and eight blocks from the Arguello Presidio Gate.

Stop by for a coffee and pastry or pick up a lunch to go and make your way to Golden Gate Park just a few blocks away. Check the Velo Rouge website or cafe bulletin board for local happenings at the cafe while you are in town. Bike parking available out front.
