Set amid 13 trail-laced acres of Oakland Hills parkland, the Chabot Space & Science Center is a galaxy of learning fun! Hours: Wednesday–Thursday, 10:00 am–5:00 pm;
Friday–Saturday, 10:00 am–10:00 pm;

From San Francisco: East on I-580 to Highway 24 (toward Walnut Creek). From 24, go south on Highway 13 (Warren Freeway) toward Hayward. Take the Joaquin Miller/Lincoln Avenue exit. Turn left onto Joaquin Miller and proceed up the hill. Turn left at signal onto two-lane portion of Skyline Blvd., and travel 1.3 miles to entrance on right.
